I love hotpot and BP is one of the first places I started going to when I discovered my love for the soupy goodness. I've been to several locations and they're all about the same - with some minor customer service plus/minus at certain places. This location is decent - I've eaten here with some friends, but mainly have ordered to go. I'll speak on my experience when ordering to go, as that's the majoring of my experience with this particular location. I've tried to order online a few times and there's been glitches with my order. More recently, it's gotten through without any issues - so I'm thankful the website was updated/fixed. I've also called in a few times before because of the glitch. My order is usually ready faster than anticipated and I'm always happy when I walk in and can grab my order to go. I know the place gets busy at times, but almost every single time I walk in to grab my order - no one bothers to help me until I've stood there and waited a few minutes and/or tried to flag someone down to grab my order. This can be upsetting, as I ordered ahead so I can get my order quickly and get going. However, it's usually not too big of a deal. The food is good; however I feel like the quality has gone down. My go to has always been the Thai version of the hotpot - over the years, it's been changed to Thai Tomato and items have been switched out. I still like this current version, but I much preferred the flavor and veggies in the old version. Still a great meal to have when it's cold and rainy outside.

We enjoy eating here from time to time. The soups are very delicious. I personally always upgrade my rice to the Scallion rice! I definitely recommend trying it especially if you're planning on ordering just plain rice. I do appreciate restaurants that utilize QR codes to view the menus. I appreciate them even more when you can order through the QR code as well, but unfortunately in this case you can only view menus here. It's not a big deal it's more of a preference. Heads up if you're a first timer going to this location on a cold night, be prepared because if you are sitting near the door there is very cold and strong wind draft every time the door opens. Besides that, you'll enjoy and appreciate the food they have to offer. 10/10 Will definitely still continue to enjoy a meal here and would recommend this restaurant to anyone willing to give it a try!

Food here is great and affordable. Love their beef pot with vermicelli noodles. It is one of my favorites. Comes piping hot and with lots of flavor. I love all the sauces and mixing them together. The only thing about this place is the service. Many times I would find myself struggling to flag down a server because they are not that attentive. I like the food tho so it makes up for it. The vibe of the restaurant is standard and nothing really stands out. With that all being said the foods great just don't go for the service.

This place can definitely be crowded and the wait times can be pretty long. Theres plenty of parking in the plaza but the restaurant itself is small. Workers are friendly and the service was decent. I came when they had their double meat deal. I got their beef hot soup which I enjoyed more than I thought. Not sure if their extra meat special is a temporary thing but it should be permanent because the original meat serving size was not it . Overall soup was decent.

Be prepared to wait for a while if you're coming here on a weekend during dinner time. My friend and I came on a Sunday around 6pm and waitlisted. We waited about 45min-1hr to get seated. We just walked around the plaza and inside ranch 99 to kill some time. I got the Taiwanese spicy hot pot which is my favorite. It's really spicy, savory, and I love the ramen type noodles in it. They give so much meat! Theres also other things in like mushroom, fried tofu skin, fish balls, pork intestine, cuttlefish ring, etc.. If you can handle spicy I highly recommend this one. One thing about hot pot is that it's going to clear up your sinuses! As for the ambiance of the restaurant, I like how it's not too bright in there.

Our First time here at this Boiling Point Restaurant. I noticed that they have various locations all over bay areas California. I like this one in this particular plaza because there are other many of my favorite shops and stores near by. Very Similar to Tasty Pot Restaurants. They offers some of my favorites Sizzling Hot Pots that includes Taiwanese Spicy Soup, Japanese Miso, Thai Tomato Soup, Lamb Hot Pot, House Special Soup, Seafood/Stinky Tofu, Creamy Curry, Korean Bean Paste Hot Pot, and Beef Hot Pot- All Flavorful, Hearty, and Delicious!Plenty of different Flavors, Meats, and Vegetables!!They also have some unique boba drinks here too!My Friends and I truly enjoyed eating here and we are planning on coming back to Boiling Point soon!January17, 2025

I enjoyed the flavor of the Korean Bean Paste stew and the variety of fixings that came with it. I forgot to use the complimentary vermicelli noodles because this soup came with noodles as well - I would get rice next time to soak up that broth flavor. This location was very understaffed given the popularity, it was hard to flag someone down when we needed to turn off the burner etc :/ Logistics: - indoor seating only - plenty of strip mall parking outside - it was very busy for dinner, put your name onto the iPad as soon as you arrive and wander around the rest of the strip mall while you wait - there is a veggie entree option
